Outbound Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

If you are motivated by performance and want to be rewarded for your work, this Outbound Sales Representative opportunity with Tony Brewer State Farm in Carrollton, Georgia offers a base pay structure plus commission with strong earning potential. This is an in-office, part-time role working 20-30 hours per week. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we will train you
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Pay range: $3,000 - $5,000 per month
