We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to provide general administrative support in a remote work environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable using a computer, and able to manage routine tasks accurately and efficiently.
Training will be provided to help the right candidate become familiar with company procedures and systems. Responsibilities
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
Enter, update, and organize information in company systems.
Maintain digital files, documents, and records.
Review documents and information for accuracy.
Assist with email, scheduling, and basic office communications.
Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
Handle routine data-entry assignments.
Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Communicate with team members regarding assigned tasks.
Complete daily assignments accurately and on time.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No previous clerical experience required.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection.
